Gold Hill Founders’ Day
Hosted by the Historic Gold Hill and Mines Foundation, Inc. All day event held in Gold Hill Mines Historic Park. Founders Day Parade, Arts/Crafts, Heritage Living Exhibits, Gold Panning, Civil War Living History Encampment and Skirmish. All Day Entertainment at the Amphitheater hosted by the North Carolina Bluegrass Association. Enjoy a fun night of ghost stories at one of the most haunted sites in Rowan County. Ghost stories and tours will begin at The RUSSELL-RUFTY SHELTER in the park at 5:00pm. Doors open for ticket purchase at 5pm. Tickets must be purchased no later than 8PM. Tickets for the event are $6 for Adults, $3 for Children 6-10, under 6 Free. Tickets may be purchased in the park at the Russell-Rufty Shelter on the night of the tour only.…
